SALES CONDITIONS

These sales conditions apply to online ticket sales for the 1st International Circus Festival of Las Vegas, presented by Mestre Trapeze LLC, with the primary business in Las Vegas, NV. Tickets are sold via the Humanitix platform. Please review these terms carefully, as they may change without notice.

Confirmation and Acceptance

By confirming a reservation and making payment, the customer accepts these terms and conditions without reservation. Some shows may have special conditions specified in their descriptions.

Child Admission

Children under 5 years old are admitted free of charge when seated on a parent’s lap. No separate seats will be allocated for these children.

Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and include all applicable taxes. Mestre Trapeze LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, prices at the time of order registration will apply. Reselling tickets for more than the printed price is strictly prohibited and may result in prosecution.

Payment

Reservations made through our website must be paid using a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other accepted payment methods. Once payment is approved, tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ticket Collection

Identification is required to collect tickets. Tickets can be collected at the event venue's ticket office no later than 30 minutes before the show starts. Once collected, tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.

E-Ticket Special Conditions

E-tickets will be delivered as a PDF file with a unique QR code for one-time entry. If an E-ticket is lost, stolen, or duplicated, only the first valid ticket scanned will grant access. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the E-ticket's security. Identification may be required at the venue.

Conditions for Presenting E-Tickets

Before opting for an E-ticket, ensure you have:

• A printer for the PDF ticket or

• A mobile device with an undamaged screen and optimal brightness.

The printed ticket must be in black and white or color on a white A4 sheet of paper. Poor quality, damaged, or illegible tickets will be considered void. For mobile devices, the ticket must be presented in its original PDF format.

Use and Validity of E-Tickets

E-tickets contain unique QR codes verified at the venue entrance. Access is granted only once per E-ticket. Duplicating or counterfeiting E-tickets is strictly prohibited. Only the first valid E-ticket presented will be allowed entry. The organizer is not obligated to verify the authenticity of E-tickets at the entrance. If multiple copies are in circulation, entry will be denied, and no refunds will be provided.

Admittance

The show starts on time. Latecomers will only be admitted during breaks or intervals, depending on accessibility. Non-compliance may result in denied entry without refund or compensation.

Cancellation and Refund

Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-resalable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. In such cases, customers will be reimbursed upon request within 3 months of the event date with the presentation of the ticket. If the show is interrupted over one hour in, no refunds will be provided. The organizer reserves the right to change the program without notice or cancel shows due to unforeseen circumstances.

Image Reproduction Rights

All image reproduction rights are reserved by Mestre Trapeze LLC. Recording for public use is strictly forbidden. Non-compliance may result in denied entry without refund or compensation.

Responsibility and Applicable Law

Mestre Trapeze LLC sets the rules for its events, which apply to all customers. The sale of tickets is subject to Nevada law. In case of disputes, the Nevada court has exclusive jurisdiction.
